Wind Speed

There is no strong relationship between latitude and wind speed. The clear majority of cities appear to have lower windspeeds ranging between 0 to 10mph, primariliy in the 0 to 5mph range. Additionally, very few cities reach above 20mph. The positive latitudes seem to have slightly higher windspeeds with a few more cities reaching over 20mph than the negative latitudes. Along with that, the highest windspeed the positive latitudes reach is around 35mph, where the highest windspeed for the negative latitudes reach is only around 25mph.
